Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to present my latest creation ... Porkporken ™! This meaty monstrosity was insp IRED by the absurd Turducken, a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken. This is the porkification this idea, and has a whole loin roast stuffed pork tenderloin whole.
This has to rank right up there with the dumbest ideas I ever had, because there is really no go od reason to stuff loin pork with a whole pork tenderloin, other than just to see what would happen.
however, it was damn good, and proved visually entertaining for guests. Between the two pieces of pork I used a rosemary, sage, and garlic bread tasty sauce. He roasted slowly for 2 hours on a mirepoix, brushed occasionally with the pan juices.
I do not shoot his creation, but something tells me you'll see it on the blog at some point. Furthermore, other names include Porkenstein Porkporken ™, and death by pork.
