This video was actually inspired by a recent visit to a dinner party where I heard someone near pancakes to blueberry. It looks pretty good, I thought, momentarily regretting my corned beef hash decision. Well, good thing I stuck with the hash like what came out was blueberry pancakes, but pancakes with a handful of fresh blueberries thrown on top.
Sorry, but this is not a blueberry pancakes . No, blueberries should be cooked inside the dough but ... but not too much inside. By "throwing" you guarantee perfect cake / fruit integration every time. Of course, it will work with other berries or cut fruit, feel free to try with all that you can enter.
