This is not a tease for an upcoming video fried rice. As a beautiful meal as it was, it was simply the result of using up some Thai takeaway leftovers. However, this is a little tease for an upcoming video cream. A chef, I used to work to mix the sour cream and herbs in rice pilaf remains, and cook it in a pan to create a new side dish. I think what possessed me add a spoonful in the end. Enjoy and stay tuned!
