You Down with IACP? Yeah, You Know Me! -

Travel Madness continues as I head to Austin for the 33rd annual conference of the IACP. The theme this year is: "Light Your Fire: The Culinary Edge of sparks."

I'll do a session called "Video DIY production for food bloggers," and will be joined by the beautiful and talented Sara average of Betty and Daniel Klein, head and travel food documentarian of perennial plate. Furthermore, if you think that I travel a lot, check out this guy.

I'm pretty happy to be doing some teaching, as this is the only thing I miss the most in working in a culinary academy. I love the idea that people can actually leave the session and be inspired and they start shooting and uploading videos to their own food blogs. Then, in a few years there will be many food quality video online that their value will fall, and I'll be out of business. Damn it! I do not think it through.
