A video recipe I plan on the fight against soon puff pastry. This very special paste is readily available in case of frozen groceries our food, but it is a recipe that every foodie should try at least once. This is the Vah-Chef Sanjay Thumma, who did an excellent job explaining the process. I'll make the recipe in the US measures, so do not worry about converting metric measurements he gives.
If you have tried to make puff pastry, I'd love to hear your experiences, and also transmit all the recipes you have found successful.
