A video recipe I plan on the fight against soon puff pastry. This very special paste is readily available in case of frozen groceries our food, but it is a recipe that every foodie should try at least once. This is the Vah-Chef Sanjay Thumma, who did an excellent job explaining the process. I'll make the recipe in the US measures, so do not worry about converting metric measurements he gives.
