Tip

Tip - caricature caricature tip: Do not worry about the features to make taller. Instead think of those who make smaller.

Louis Philippe as a pear by Honoré Daumier after Charles Philipon 1831
If part of the face should be great, make it bigger. Simplify, reduce, or reducing everything else. What you are left after all this reduction are the essential forms, simple forms of the head and hair. The most important thing about the characteristics is their relative positioning.

Caricature is not the art of accentuation. It is the art of reduction reduction to the essentials.
