I saw a tweet about October 23 is the National Day Mole, which served to remind me that I ' have still not made a take that magical Mexican sauce. The video below is of my friends at Allrecipes.com, and looks like a good place for me to start my experiences.

Moreover, as I searched for more information on how the Mole national Day came to be, I realized it was not "Mole" sauce; it was actually "Mole" scientific unit of measurement.
