A Santa Maria Tri Tip Lesson with Paul Righetti (because the season is Never Over barbecue) - This is another video I took everything down Santa Maria, when we were guests of Paul and Susie Righetti. You've seen Susie to the famous Santa Maria salsa in a video posted already, so here are her husband Paul to show us the true method used for barbecue meat with salsa which is always paired.
