Chef John is on vacation! -

I just wanted everyone to know that I will be vacation this week, so you have to rely on reruns wishes for your food fix. I look forward to a short break but where I also do little as humanly possible relaxation. We will continue to post your comments and questions, but I will not be there to answer the small fraction that I usually do. This means that, as usual, you have to rely on each other skills.
