Yucatan-Style Grilled Pork - surrounded on three sides by Flavor -
If the ratings at the beginning of the YouTube channel is any indication, this can not actually be "Yucatan style," and I could not be less surprised. I did any real research in the traditional food of the Yucatan Peninsula, and on the basis of the name of this dish only on a pork chop once I enjoyed in a sports bar.

They called it "Yucatan style," and citrus / Featured vibrant flavors chili and a beautiful orange color, which I understood was from the ground annatto. This is the signature ingredient in the famous dish of braised pork, zorrita pibil and can be found at any Latino market, or your larger, upscale grocery stores.

as I mentioned in the video, I think this would be easy marinade work on all kinds of pork cuts, but the net is very friendly, and it is mild flavor really takes these ingredients. I think 4 to 6 hours is plenty of time to marinate the meat, but I guess the night would probably be good too.

A grilled times you have so many options for enjoy these. Sandwiches, salads and tacos are all wonderful choices, and I also heard from a reliable source that dice, they make an epic pan of nachos. This weekend is the official start of the season for summer grilling, and what better way to kick off this delicious treat, perhaps Yucatanian? I really hope you give this a try soon. Have fun!
