"Passport to Dry Creek Valley" and the legend of squash Bird

"Passport to Dry Creek Valley" and the legend of squash Bird - My wife and I are in the midst of planning and preparing a great event of the restoration this week -end next in Sonoma. It is called "Passport to Dry Creek Valley", which is an annual event featuring the wines and vineyards of incredible beauty Dry Creek Valley (visitwineroad.com photo). We will make the food and wine to our dear friend Bill Frick, the Frick Winery for the 11th year, and despite all the hard work we always look forward to.

There are over 58 wineries involved in this event, and more than 4,000 wine lovers will eat and sip their way through the valley. Moreover, if you have a chance, visit the website Frick Winery. Bill produced some of the most delicious wines in all the State!

due to the limited time available to film the new clips and write articles, you can see me using this week and a half as an excuse to finish adding the last of the old Youtube clips and my previous blog on the site. I'll have some new clips to add, but do not be surprised if you see a video you saw on the old blog (especially if you have been with me from the beginning).

Clip Today is a perfect example. It is (mostly) true story of how a young chef (me!) Got a chance and was sent to San Francisco for the squash in birds. Have fun!
