Tuna "Poke" with avocado and mango
As I said in the video Poke Tuna Wonton Chip above, I thought I better to post this recipe was originally published on my old blog. this release pairs silky texture of fresh tuna with fresh and vibrant flavors of mango and the good fortune of the lawyer. He is dressed very simply with rice vinegar, soy and lime. We also reduced our tuna diced so we can cast present it in small ramekins. This is simple to do, and a large, light, first course to all dinner.
If you cool in the ramekins for an hour we suggest tuna will still essentially raw. This is how the dish is meant to be eaten. However, if you are not able to eat tuna raw ('ll try !!) and then leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and acid in the dressing will "cook" the fish. This is exactly the same process as a Ceviche

Homemade Wonton Crisps
Homemade Wonton Crisps -
This easy wonton chip would be a perfect topping for the beautiful bay scallop ceviche I just posted. I normally avoids frying at home, but as you'll see in this clip, they go so fast, and we use such a small amount of oil that is actually quite simple and fast. Most grocery stores carry both "wonton wrappers" round and square or as they are sometimes called, "wonton skins.”
