Cracking eggs ... with one hand tied behind your back!

Cracking eggs ... with one hand tied behind your back! - Here is the clip I mentioned in yesterday's post about making culinary history. As I said, if you can learn this trick to watch one of my recipe video clips, I am confident that I can teach you anything.

Although I did several loops of the key moments of the procedure, as well as some slow-mo, this is a clip you'll probably have to look several times to get off. As you'll soon see, the golf ball trick should save you a few dozen eggs you get the hand movements down. A light grip is the most important key, with just a slight pressure on the middle finger, as I will explain. Of course, all this will make a lot more sense as you watch the clip.

Another thing I said yesterday that is very true, it only takes a crack hit with one hand and you'll be able to do forever. For home cooking this is just a way to show-off to the next brunch party, but for the professional cook means saving technology that will literally halve the time it takes to crack a case eggs enormous time, as you'll be using both hands and make 2 eggs at a time! Believe me, your boss will be impressed, especially he or she can not do it!)

Once you pass golf balls for real eggs, you still can crush a little (you will be holding too tightly). Do not worry, simply tender cracked eggs through a sieve and make perfect scrambled eggs. I put a direct link to the video recipe in case you have not seen yet. Good luck. Have fun!
