A presentation of the viewer Regarding the admission of a head - I received a very complimentary e-mail today from a couple of viewers, Natalia and Jody, who said they had done the orange chicken. If you have seen this video, you heard me lament about using orange peppers instead of red. I thought red would for a final plate looking much nicer. Well, these two beautiful ladies thought it would be nice to include a photo of their version, with red peppers, in an obvious attempt to make me feel worse than I have. Thank you very much! Moreover, it seemed that you did a very good job with the recipe, and it looked good on blue plate. Seriously, thank you for the email and image.
