Ingredients:
1 large chicken
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon olive
oil 4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence (or Italian or Greek mixture dried herbs - rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc.)
1 teaspoon salt
1 ground fresh black pepper c
for the sauce:
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon harissa or other hot sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)
