The bulk of the book consists of inputs like below (brave), designed to put writers deeper into the heads of their characters so they can better understand what motivates them. POSITIVE ASPECTS: courageous characters will make for what is lacking in all circumstances. After reflection or moral evaluation, they intensify, no matter the odds, because they know it's the right thing to do. People who show courage have a core of inner strength and a strong moral compass. They are ready to put the welfare of others first when it matters most. They feel fear, but can control it, and do not allow to change their decisions. Characters who are brave lead by example, even if they are not suited to a task. Others are inspired by their courage and often seek to honor showing their courage

ASPECTS NEGATIVE :. Courage, while laudable, are not always intelligent. Characters with this trait sometimes can not see beyond the immediate situation of the long-term impacts of a choice or action. During pause to think might be the best course of action, the courageous characters can be impulsive and react emotionally, leaving their desire to act override wisdom

EXAMPLE OF LITERATURE :. Frodo, the hobbit single from Lord of the Rings trilogy, is less suitable for a dangerous mission against a deadly, powerful enemy. Yet his desire to showcase provides an incredible lesson in courage. In the absence of human strength, dwarfs battle of training, and the magic of wizards, Frodo made his way to Mount Doom to destroy the ring before sending Middle-earth in the darkness. His courage and strength comes from within, and despite his fear, he finally saves the world entire. Other examples of literature and film: Harry Potter ( Harry Potter franchise), Herman Boone ( Remember the Titans )

one of the most enjoyable parts of writing is brainstorming our characters, decide who they will become. Understand who they are in their essence is so important because like us, their personality is a filter for all their actions, decisions and choices. There is literally no end to the number of unique complex characters a writer can create
