Building a Bigger Baguette

Building a Bigger Baguette - People wonder if you can make larger loaves, and the answer is definitely yes. Here you see a lot of dough made by two larger rods, which took about 20 minutes to cook, I think. I timed it for you, but I'm fascinated by their beauty that I kept peeking to see if they were made, and never checked the clock. It is hardly my fault.

You can also make a giant bread, but may want to reduce the temperature to 450 C, as the cooking time will be longer, perhaps 35-40 minutes. Moreover, you can always test with a thermometer and make the bread to an internal temperature of 10-0 F. Enjoy!
