What you need:
-shaving cream
-Liquid watercolors
- pipettes or medicine pipettes
-paper (we cut rabbit shapes)

The process:
-squirt shaving cream on a flat surface (we use plastic trays)
-dilute the liquid watercolors desired strength in a container
-add pipette or eye dropper

When a child is first introduced using a pipette or dropper, you may need to demonstrate how to squeeze the top of it and to suck and release the liquid. Once this skill is mastered it is pure fun!

Our 2 years class loved it so much they sat for some time, reveling in watercolors squirt shaving cream.

Eventually I gave them a paper rabbit-shaped piece to press the color cream.

They liked the way the paper felt float above liquid!

They poked their fingers on top and smooth the paper with their hands.

Over and more again.

And when they were dry, we added a beady eye and a cotton tale.

Easter rabbit art!
