January 25 is the deadline for the 20th annual gathering spectrum of contemporary fantastic art. Posted by Arnie and Cathy Fenner, this annual competition selects the best work of imagination in a variety of categories, including advertising, book, comic, concept art, dimensional, editorial, institutional and unpublished. The fee is $ 20 a piece and $ 40 for a series of 5 or less parts. If any of your entries is selected, you receive a free copy of the book color oversize
, a good deal, considering the book itself to the $ 45 price. The digital and traditional media are welcome. Entries are in the form of on-site testing or impressions. The jury of the stars this year include Tim Bruckner, Irene Gallo, Tim Kirk, Mark A. Nelson and Michael Whelan
Copies of the final year of the spectrum book. 19: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art

There are seven categories: figurative, imaginative realism, landscape, animals, still life, sculpture and drawing, with special prices for best picture, best naked, the most ambitious work, the best trompe l'oeil, and the best social commentary. The entry fee is US $ 50.00 for the first work entered and US $ 42.00 for each additional work. Each participant receives a copy of 2012-2013 Exhibition catalog that is included in their first admission. The winners and finalists will be featured on the website of the renewal Art Center, in the catalog in color and Fine Arts Connoisseur Magazine.

The third competition is international artist Art Prize Challenge Magazine. International Artist won the poll on this blog for the magazine favorite art.
In each issue of the magazine there is a new art competition. Each issue of the magazine had a contest in one of six categories of subjects: Landscape, Flowers and Gardens, Seascapes / Rivers / Lakes Your favorite topic, & Still Life, Florals and people and figures
This last theme, "people and figures," is the theme of the current competition. entries must be received before the deadline of January 16 registration fee per image US $ 9, € 8 or £ 5, Aus $ 10. prize money totals $ US4,500 / £ 2,250 in each issue. the grand prize winner receives $ 2,000, a certificate of award, a double page in the magazine (150,000 readers), 4-pages in American Art Collector magazine.
