Crispy Flautas Turkey - a great reason for buying too Big Bird

Crispy Flautas Turkey - a great reason for buying too Big Bird -
most normal people cook a larger turkey they need, so they can enjoy the leftovers. There is nothing better than a fresh turkey sandwich, or three, but after a few days, this bony carcass is the last thing you want to watch; and this is the crispy flautas come in.

as I joked about the video, regarding the remains, the system "add cheese and fry" is fun for the proven crowd, but to cover our paris, we are also head with guacamole, sour cream and salsa. This creates something so different festive meal that you might forget where turkeys actually came from. Depends on how much you drank.

Regarding my comment about cheese pre- grated being coated sawdust - a lot of people on YouTube thought I was joking, but it really is true. The shredded stuff in the bag is covered with a thin cellulose dust, which prevents the pieces of cheese to agglomerate. The good news is, grate cheese only takes a minute, and almost everyone can do it.

If you do not have old turkey to flautas with these, you will eventually have some leftover chicken, which would obviously also work . anyway, I hope you give these delicious, crispy flautas try soon. Enjoy!

Ingredients for 12 major flautas turkey:
24 small white corn tortillas
1 egg white to seal flautas, option
* 1 baked pound, turkey shredded
6 ounces shredded pepper Jack cheese, cheddar, or a combo of both ( about 2 cups)
1/3 cup chopped green onions
salt and black pepper pepper to taste
* I suppose you are going to use one of our turkey recipes, so your bird will be super wet, but if not, you can always add a 1/4 cup of chicken broth to the mixture to compensate
-. Garnish with shaved cabbage, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and chopped fresh cilantro
